References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.indigobluetrading.com website, as well as for telephone or postal orders. These terms & conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity.

When you place an order with Indigo Blue Trading it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order. You can contact us on 01794 367316 or email bex@indigobluetrading.com.

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Indigo Blue Trading to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.

We require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Please note that you will be charged at the time of placing your order. Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:

  • -If the product you ordered is out of stock.
  • -We are unable to authorise your payment.
  • -If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
  • -If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
  • -If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Unfortunately we may find that an item has sold out after you have placed your order. We will notify you of this as soon as possible and, either, offer you an alternative or a refund, or we may be able to request more stock from the supplier.

Sometimes, we may offer a pre-order facility for an item we are awaiting delivery on, an estimated day of delivery will be provided on the website and we will notify you via email once the stock has arrived.

Indigo Blue Trading reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

If a pricing error is identified on an advertised product before an item is shipped, Indigo Blue Trading retains the right to offer the customer a full refund or the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct selling price.

Should there be an issue with your order, one of our Customer Queries team will contact you either by phone or email. If we have issues authorising payment we will contact you via email or phone and you will have 48 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.

Indigo Blue Trading reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Indigo Blue Trading website.

When placing an order you will be added to our mailing and email list. However should you wish to not receive mailings, please inform our Customer Queries team and they will remove you from our mailing list.

We use a range of different delivery options to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days and is delivered by Royal Mail, Interlink or Parcelforce, although we may occasionally use different couriers.

Please note that some addresses like the Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer and deliveries to the Channel Islands may take up to ten working days. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions. We also offer international delivery which is not eligible for free standard delivery; please see details of pricing at checkout or contact us directly for more information.  Please also visit our Delivery & Returns page.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Some orders delivered to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to additional taxes, fees, levies or other charges, subject to local legislation. The recipient of the order is responsible for these fees and is required to make payment where asked by local customs. When ordering goods to be delivered to someone other than yourself, please ensure they are aware they are responsible for these additional charges. These charges vary by destination so we are unable to provide information about these charges at the point of order. We would advise you to check the applicable import charges when ordering for delivery to non-UK destinations.

Furthermore in the event that goods are subsequently returned, we are unable to refund any duties, taxes, fees or any other levies imposed by the local customs and excise at the parcel destination.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within eight working days of receiving the parcel.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods – no questions asked. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons and we cannot accept returns on personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please send goods within 7 days of receipt, in a resalable condition. You must return the products to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the items until they are received at the return address and thus we advise customers to request a free certificate of posting or receipt from the post office or courier and retain this until receipt is confirmed by us.

Where an email address is provided we will confirm any cancellation or refund by email, you should expect your refund within 10 working days from dispatch of your returned item.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must also be reported and returned to us within seven working days of receiving the parcel.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. Please note that some items of a personalised nature are subject to separate suppliers' individual policies. Please call our Customer Service team for more information on these.

For International customers: Please clearly mark 'Returned Items' on your parcel and all paperwork enclosed in an attempt to prevent the incurrence of import charges and taxes. We are unable to accept responsibility for any duties, taxes, fees or any other levies imposed by the local customs and excise for goods returned to us. All parcels that have not been labelled correctly and incur a customs charge will be returned to you by Royal Mail within 21 days

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of certain items ‘which by their nature cannot be returned’). You may not return products if they have been damaged (in our reasonable opinion) as a result of fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage (by you), negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop the order from being sent to you but in some cases will be unable to do so. In these cases you should either reject the order at point of delivery or you will have to return the item to us at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to cancel your order you must return the products to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the items until they are received at the return address and thus we advise customers to request a free certificate of posting or receipt from the post office or courier and retain this until receipt is confirmed by us.
