We accept payments securely via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) or Paypal.
All payments must be received and authorised prior to despatch.
Please ensure that you provide an email address and phone number (if possible) so that we (or the courier) can contact you with regard to your order if necessary.
FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY (ORDERS OVER £100)
We offer a free 2-6 working day standard delivery service for all orders of standard items totalling over £100 (excluding delivery cost) to UK Mainland only.
All payments must be received and authorised prior to despatch.
You will be charged a flat/fixed postage fee for your order, regardless of the number of products that you purchase (providing they are being delivered to the same address).
The fixed postage rates are as follows:
UK: £4.25 (standard 2-6 working days) £5.99 (First Class Royal Mail). We send most of our parcels via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 services. We occasionally use alternative couriers for larger/heavier items.
All items are securely packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping. Fragile items, including ceramics, are not suitable for long distance postage due to their fragility.
All orders are usually sent within 24 hours, and a notification of the dispatch will be sent to you by email. Please let us know if you need an item urgently.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock.
Orders being delivered to Europe and the Rest of the World may incur extra charges, import duty and local sales taxes. Rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges - you should check with them before shopping with us. The buyer/recipient will be fully liable to pay any extra charges on receipt (or beforehand via email) of the shipment (not Indigo Blue Trading). Please check your email account (and spam/junk mail) regularly for custom charge requests. Failure to pay these charges will result in the parcel being returned to us. As outlined below, we are unable to refund the cost of postage for items that are returned to us.
The fixed postage rates for international parcels are as follows:
European Countries: £19.95 (6-10 working days)
Rest of World: £19.95-£39.95 (10-14 working days) the cost may increase due to weight and size (see below)
Prices for overseas deliveries are weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price to take additional payment if required. If you are not willing to pay the extra charge we will issue you with an immediate full refund.
As already stated, we are unable to refund the cost of postage for items that are returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to an unpaid customs request (sent to you via email), the provision of inaccurate address information or your failure to be available to receive/sign for your parcel upon delivery (if need be). Furthermore, we are also unable to refund any duties, taxes, fees or any other levies imposed by the local customs and excise at the parcel destination.
We have a currency convertor facility (next to the search box and the top left of the page) which will automatically convert all product prices to Euro's (EUR), United States Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) for you.
Please note that, due to the high cost of postage, customs and duties, we do not accept returns (including damaged items) from international destinations.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with it please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price (excluding postage costs) of the item providing it is returned in its original unused condition within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from this returns policy. Please ensure that the returned item is packaged adequately as failure to do so may result in no refund being given.
You must return the products to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the items until they are received at the return address and we, therefore, advise customers to request a free certificate of posting or receipt from the post office or courier and retain this until receipt is confirmed by us.
Where an email address is provided we will confirm any cancellation or refund by email, you should expect your refund within 10 working days from dispatch of your returned item.
Please ensure that you check all items upon receipt, as faulty or damaged items must also be reported and returned to us within seven working days of receiving the parcel.
