Who doesn't love cake?! This days of the week cake poem is beautifully hand inked to create a lovely print.
Our funny cake print is an ideal gift for a cake lover or aspiring star baker, whether it's for their birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day or just meeting for a slice of Victoria Sandwich.
Whether it's Lemon Drizzle or Banana Bread, we all know someone who can't live without a daily nibble of cake!
This original poem was written by the extremely talented Bespoke Verse poet, Joanna Miller. It is printed on the finest quality card which measures H30 x W21cm (A4). It is unframed.
The poem reads:
The Cake Lover’s Week
On Mondays I refuse to budge
Unless the cake is Chocolate Fudge
Tuesdays, I will take the plunge
With a slice of Coffee Sponge
Wednesdays, when I have a break
It’s feet up with some Carrot Cake
On Thursdays if I start to fizzle
I perk up with some Lemon Drizzle
Fridays, I insist I’m fed
On Fruitcake or Banana Bread
Saturdays, I often languish
For a nice Victoria Sandwich
And Sundays? Well it has to be
Homemade scones for afternoon tea!
