Born in London in 1948, John Harris has been painting in one form or another since childhood, graduating from the Exeter University’s Fine Art course in 1970. Perhaps best known for his science fiction themed work, Harris describes his work as, ‘Imaginative Realism’, starting with a feeling and a vision and manipulating this material in such a way as to articulate these. Harris continues to work and live in Devon.
With an image of a yacht coasting on choppy seas, this beautifully rendered yacht card is alive with a sense of excitement. The vibrant, intense colour scheme and the tremendous depiction of the power of the sea will ensure this card is not forgotten in a hurry!
The card, which is blank inside for your own personal message, measures 15.8 cm x 15.8 cm and is individually packaged with a white envelope. It is printed in the UK and is FSC certified.
